What to ask before you book
Tell the provider you live in Pennsylvania. Ask who will review your intake. Then check that person's license with the Pennsylvania licensing board.
Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription and whether it may ship to Pennsylvania. Some pharmacies cannot ship to every state, even when the clinician can treat you.
The six peptides in the HHS policy are not FDA approved. A listed state is not a promise of a prescription. The clinician decides.
Questions
Is peptide therapy legal in Pennsylvania?
With a prescription, the federal answer is yes for six peptides. Since October 30, 2026, HHS says it will not act against a state-licensed pharmacy that compounds BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, MOTS-c, Semax and KPV for a named patient with a valid prescription. They are still not FDA approved. Pennsylvania can add its own rules. We have not reviewed Pennsylvania law, so ask the clinician before you book.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. The HHS policy only covers a pharmacy that compounds for a named patient with a valid prescription. A seller that ships these peptides with no prescription is outside the policy.
What does peptide therapy cost in Pennsylvania?
5 providers on this page list a consult fee: $0 to $599. BPC-157 costs $145 to $255 per month at 3 providers that list a price. These are the sellers' own prices from their sites, read when we ranked them. Ask what the full plan costs before you start.
Can I get peptide therapy online in Pennsylvania?
Yes. 10 ranked providers serve Pennsylvania online and ship the medicine to you. The clinician needs to be allowed to treat you in Pennsylvania. Ask before you start an intake.
How current is this?
We checked every ranked provider's state list on October 30, 2026 and read clinic addresses on the clinics' own sites. Providers add and drop states and offices, so confirm during the intake.
