Review Policy

Who can leave a review

Reviews require a registered account with a confirmed email address. We ask reviewers to describe their experience and to provide an order reference for the purchase they are reviewing. We allow one review per genuine experience.

How we verify

Reviews are tied to a stated order and screened before they count toward a supplier’s standing. Where a review is linked to a confirmed purchase, it may be marked Verified. Submissions are checked for fraud signals — including duplicate accounts, posting patterns, and other indicators of inauthentic activity — and pass through moderation.

A supplier’s score and any verification verdict are our honest opinion, formed in good faith on the methodology we disclose. Affiliate relationships do not influence reviews, scores, or rankings.

No fake or incentivised reviews

We prohibit fake reviews, reviews written by a supplier about its own or a competitor’s business, and incentivised reviews that are not clearly disclosed. Suppliers cannot pay to publish, alter, or remove genuine reviews. This is consistent with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Reporting and proof on challenge

Anyone can report a review using the report control shown on each review. If a review’s authenticity is challenged, we may ask the reviewer to provide evidence of a genuine experience — such as an order confirmation. If adequate evidence is not provided within a reasonable time, the review is removed.

Supplier right of reply

Suppliers may respond to reviews and to their score, and may submit factual corrections or evidence (for example, an independent third-party certificate of analysis) through our Complaints & Takedown Policy. Removing or amending content following a report is not an admission of liability.
