Complaints & Takedown Policy
Peptide Scanner is operated by Spanify Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how to raise a complaint about content on this site, how suppliers can respond to information published about them, and how we handle takedown requests.
How our information is produced
Peptide Scanner aggregates publicly available data and publishes comparisons, verification checks, and scores. Our scores, ratings and any verification verdicts are our honest opinion, formed in good faith on the basis of the facts and methodology we disclose on the relevant page. Where we state a fact (for example, a document’s metadata or a published test result), we retain the underlying evidence. We publish this information in good faith and in the public interest, to help researchers make informed decisions.
Reporting inaccurate or unlawful content
If you believe content on Peptide Scanner is inaccurate, out of date, unlawful, defamatory, or infringes your rights, contact us at info@peptidescanner.co with:
- the exact page URL and the specific words or data complained of;
- what is inaccurate or unlawful, and why;
- any evidence supporting your position;
- your name and a contact address.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 working days and to investigate promptly. Where a complaint is substantiated, we will correct, update, annotate, or remove the content as appropriate.
Supplier right of reply
If you are a supplier listed on Peptide Scanner and wish to respond to a score, review summary, or verification result, you may submit a right-of-reply statement to info@peptidescanner.co. We will consider factual corrections and, where appropriate, publish a supplier response alongside the relevant entry. Providing evidence — for example, an independent third-party certificate of analysis — is the fastest route to having a score reviewed.
User-submitted reviews
Some content is submitted by users. We are not the author of user-submitted reviews. If a review is defamatory, false, or breaches our guidelines, report it using the report button on the review or by emailing info@peptidescanner.co, and we will assess it under this policy. We operate a notice-and-takedown process for unlawful third-party content.
Copyright & intellectual property
Retailer logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only under nominative fair use. If you are a rights holder and believe your copyright or trademark has been used unlawfully, send a notice to info@peptidescanner.co identifying the work, the infringing URL, and confirming you are the rights holder or an authorised agent. We will respond and, where the notice is valid, remove or disable access to the material. The affected party may submit a counter-notice.
Our response
We handle all requests in good faith and within a reasonable time. Correcting, amending, or removing content following a complaint is not an admission of liability. We may decline requests that are unfounded, vexatious, or unsupported by evidence, but we will explain our reasoning.
