Lab test terms are final, and free tests are now for the UK only

Our lab test terms are final. Paid tests accept prescription medicines, and free tests are for vials posted in the UK.

On 27 October 2026 the terms for our paid lab test became final, and search engines can now find the page. It covers what each test includes, sample rules, payment, refunds and results.

How a test works. You order and pay. You send one sealed vial per test to the lab, with the address and the form we email you. Krause Analytical tests each vial, and the report comes to your email. You choose what to publish: the result is private unless you ask us to publish it. Results usually take 2 to 3 weeks after the vial reaches the lab. Postage and the shipping risk stay with the sender.

On 28 October paid tests started to accept prescription medicines and growth hormone (HGH). We test them as a lab analysis only. The vial goes only to the lab in the US, and we never send a product to anyone. We still decline anabolic steroids, such as testosterone, nandrolone or trenbolone. Free tests still decline prescription medicines.

The same day, an order for 2 or more tests became a request instead of a payment. You send the product names and your phone number, and we email or call you within 24 hours. 3 or more tests cost less per test. One test is still paid on the site.

Also on 28 October, free tests became UK only. An independent UK university lab tests their purity by HPLC. From 29 September to 28 October, vials from the US had a free identity test. A US sender is now shown the $99 paid test instead. Free testing for journalists has not changed.
