We want the same thing you do
The truth about what is inside the vial. Peptides are sold online with certificates the seller paid for. We buy, test and publish, and no supplier can see or change a result first. If you are investigating this market, we will test your vials free and give you everything the lab gives us.
- 1 working week
- from the vial reaching the lab to your results
- Free
- purity and identity, in the UK and the US
- Every result
- published on Peptide Scanner, pass or fail
What we test, and where
Purity and identity are free in both countries. Each vial is tested in the country it is posted from, so nothing crosses a border.

01
Email us
Tell us the outlet, the story in one line, which peptides and suppliers, and your deadline. We confirm in writing before you post anything.
02
Buy the vial yourself
Order like a normal customer and keep the receipt. A vial bought anonymously is the only kind that tells you what real buyers get.
03
Post it to the lab
UK vials go to the UK lab, US vials to the US lab. We photograph each vial on arrival, log the batch number, and record every step until it is tested.
04
Get the results
Within one working week of the vial reaching the lab. You get the certificate, the raw data and the custody log. The result then appears on Peptide Scanner.
What you can put in the story
A certificate per vial
It names the lab, the method, the instrument and the date. It describes the vial you sent — nothing more.
The raw data
Chromatograms and mass spectra, so your own expert can check our reading instead of trusting it.
A custody log
Photos of the sealed vial on arrival, batch and lot numbers, and who handled it when.
A plain-English read
What the numbers mean and what they do not. We answer follow-up questions before you publish.
Questions from reporters
Why is it free?
Because the results are what we publish. Peptide Scanner exists to show buyers what is really in the vial. A reporter with a story reaches more people than we do, so a test that ends up in print is worth more to us than the lab fee.
My outlet cannot accept free services. Can we pay?
Yes. If your editorial policy requires it, we invoice the lab fee at cost and pass on nothing else. Tell us in your first email.
Do we have to mention Peptide Scanner?
No. Use the results however your story needs. The only condition is that the result is also published on Peptide Scanner, and we agree that date with you so it does not land before your piece.
Can a supplier see or stop the result?
No. Suppliers never see a result before it is published and cannot remove one afterwards. We do not sell peptides and we do not edit a result.
How fast are results?
Within one working week of the vial reaching the lab. If your deadline is tighter, say so in your first email and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Which peptides can you test?
Research peptides sold online — BPC-157, TB-500, retatrutide, GHK-Cu and similar. Tell us the compound first. We do not accept controlled substances, and you must not post anything that is unlawful to post where you are.
Is the lab accredited?
No, and we say so on every certificate. These are university research facilities, not commercial ISO 17025 test houses. The method, instrument and raw data are all disclosed so the result can be checked independently.
What about endotoxin and heavy metals?
These need specialist labs and cost more. Email us for a quote. For a strong public-interest story we may cover the cost ourselves.

Data, comment and press contacts are on the Media Center. Not a journalist? Anyone in the UK or US can send a vial for free testing. Peptide Scanner does not sell peptides and does not give medical advice. A result describes one vial on the date it was tested. Read the testing method and disclaimer.
