Lab test terms

1. What each test includes

• One product.
• One compound: the compound named on the label.
• Three results for that compound: identity (is it in the vial), purity, and the amount in the vial in mg.
• The test is done by HPLC and mass spec at Krause Analytical, an independent lab in Austin, Texas, United States.
• The full lab report, sent to you by email.
• A blend costs $20 more for each extra compound.

How the amount is measured

• The lab measures the amount by HPLC against a reference standard of the same compound, using its own calibration.
• The report gives the amount in mg per vial, and as a percentage of the amount on the label.
• The report shows the limit of quantification for each result (for example 0.1 mg). A result outside the lab's calibration range is marked “OC” on the report.
• Krause Analytical treats a potency result within ±20% of the label claim as within the lab's ability to test with a single preparation and injection. Its calibration checks have an acceptance range of ±15% of the nominal concentration.
• Identity is confirmed by matching the sample's mass spectrum. Purity is the share of the HPLC peak area that is the named compound.

2. Two ways to order

You send your own vial. $99 per test. We email you a chain-of-custody form and the lab address. You post the vial to the lab with the form. The $99 is all you pay us. Your only other cost is your own postage to the lab in Austin, Texas. This test is private: we do not publish the result unless you ask us to publish it. If a shop publishes the report, it counts toward the shop’s certificates score like any other lab certificate. It cannot earn the 40 lab points, because the shop chose the vial.

We buy it for you. $99 per test, plus the product cost. We buy the product anonymously from the shop you name, like a normal customer. The product cost is the shop’s price and its shipping. We tell you the amount before you pay it, and we buy nothing until you agree.

2 or more tests. We do not take payment on the site for 2 or more tests. Send the order form with the product names and your phone number. We email or call you to agree the price and the details before you pay anything.

3. Optional add-ons

You can add these tests. We charge the lab’s price, with nothing added.

• Endotoxin: $120 per product.
• Sterility: $125 per product. This needs a second vial of the same product.

4. What is not included

• Any test not listed above.
• Medical advice, or an opinion on whether a product is safe to use.
• A promise about the result.
• Return of the vial.
• Postage and packaging for a vial you send.

5. Sample rules

• The vial must be sealed and not opened.
• The label must show the compound and the amount.
• When you order, name the compound exactly as it is on the label. Similar names can be different compounds. For example, TB-500 and Thymosin Alpha-1 are not the same. The lab looks only for the compound you name. If the name is wrong, the report says “Not Detected”.
• The lab can only test a compound it has a reference standard for. If it cannot test yours, we tell you before testing and refund you in full.
• See the compounds the lab can test now. Blends of these are fine. For anything else, ask us before you order.
• We do not accept anabolic steroids, such as testosterone, nandrolone or trenbolone. An order for one is declined. If one arrives, it is destroyed. It is not tested and not returned.
• We test prescription medicines and growth hormone only as a lab analysis. We never send the product to you or to anyone else. Vials go only to the US lab, never to the UK.
• If you send a vial, put the chain-of-custody form in the parcel. Do not post anything before you have the form and the lab address.

6. How long it takes

Results usually take about 2 to 3 weeks after the vial reaches the lab. This is an estimate, not a promise. When we buy the product for you, add the time the shop takes to deliver it.

7. Results

• You get the full lab report by email.
• The report is about the one vial that was tested. Other vials or batches can be different.
• The lab issues the report to Peptide Scanner as its client. We send it to you in full and do not change it.
• If you send your own vial, the test is private. We send the report only to you, and we do not publish it unless you ask us to publish it.
• If a shop sends its own vial and publishes the report, it counts toward the shop's certificates score like any other lab certificate. It cannot earn the 40 lab points.
• If we buy the product for you, we may publish the result on Peptide Scanner, on the supplier's page.

8. Payment

• You pay in advance by card or crypto (USDT). Card payments are in US dollars, on the payment page we show you after you order, or by a payment link we email you.
• For a single $99 test you can also pay in USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20). We show the amount and address after you order.
• Your order starts when we receive your payment.
• When we buy the product for you, you pay the product cost after we confirm it with you, and before we buy.
• The payment provider handles your card. We do not see or store your card number.

9. Refunds

• You can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time before you post the vial. Email us with your order reference.
• Full refund if we cancel your order, for example if we cannot buy the product.
• Full refund if the lab cannot accept the compound.
• If you paid in USDT, we refund in USDT to the address you sent it from.
• No refund once the lab has started testing.
• A “Not Detected” result, or a low purity or amount, is a result. It is not a reason for a refund.
• To ask for a refund, email us with your order reference.

10. Shipping and customs

If you send a vial, you are responsible for posting it legally and packing it safely. Ask us which courier to use before you post it. The shipping risk is yours. If the vial is lost or damaged in the post, or customs refuses or destroys it, we cannot test it and we cannot refund the test fee. If the vial is only delayed, we test it when it arrives.

11. Research use only

The test is for research and quality checks only. It is not medical advice. Do not use a result to decide whether to use a product on a person or an animal. Peptide Scanner does not sell, make or ship any product.

12. Our liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the fee you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We show the date of the last change at the top of this page. The terms on the day you ordered apply to that order.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The dispute rules in section 11 of our Terms of Service also apply to these terms.
