How do I reconstitute BPC-157?

What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water for injection containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. Researchers use it to reconstitute lyophilised peptides because the preservative inhibits bacterial growth, allowing the reconstituted vial to remain chemically stable for longer when refrigerated.
Why mcg/mL vs. mg/mL?
Research peptide concentrations are typically expressed in micrograms per millilitre (mcg/mL) rather than milligrams per millilitre (mg/mL) because reconstituted volumes are small — often well under one millilitre. Working in mcg/mL avoids decimal-fraction errors when calibrating an insulin syringe. 1 mg/mL equals 1,000 mcg/mL; the calculator outputs target concentration in mcg/mL by default.
