US prescription: a ranked list of pharmacies for six peptides under the new HHS policy
A new section scores US pharmacies and clinics that fill prescriptions for the six peptides in an HHS notice filed on 28 October 2026.

On 28 October 2026 the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) filed a notice, FR Doc 2026-22192. It says HHS will not act against a state-licensed pharmacy, a federal facility or a licensed physician that compounds BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, MOTS-c, Semax or KPV, if 10 conditions are met. They include a prescription for each patient, an ingredient from a maker registered with the FDA with a test certificate for each lot, and one peptide per product.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on 30 October 2026. Comments are open for 2 weeks, on docket HHS-OASH-2026-0496. This is enforcement discretion, not FDA approval: compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The policy is not binding, and HHS may change it. It does not cover 503B outsourcing facilities, and state rules still apply.
On 29 October we published a new section, US prescription. We checked 65 pharmacies, clinics and other sellers of these peptides in the US, on public evidence only. For each one we ran three checks of our own: the pharmacy that fills the order is named and its state licence is active; a medical step comes before any payment; and the pages that sell it carry no "research use only" wording. We never made an account, typed personal data or paid.
Each seller is scored out of 100. 14 are ranked. 11 are not ranked because they sell these peptides labelled "research use only", or take payment before any medical question. 40 more were checked but not ranked, each with the reason. A low score means missing proof, not wrongdoing. Updated 30 October: a pharmacy that fills another seller's orders is no longer ranked twice.
In our search, a Prescription switch appears for these six peptides when Shipping to is set to the United States.
