Supplier pages now show the records, the quotes and the search numbers

A short list of facts at the top of each supplier page, the quotes behind the community score for 12 suppliers, and how many people search for each supplier on Google.

On 12 and 13 October 2026 we added three things to supplier pages.

First, a short block near the top of the page called "What the records show". It lists the facts we hold about the supplier: how many of its products we follow and their prices, how many lab certificates we hold from its website, and, where we checked them, whether its own claims match its own documents. Every sentence comes from data that is already on the page. If we do not have a fact, the sentence is left out. Nothing in the block is written by hand.

Second, the community score now shows the quotes behind it. We started with 12 suppliers. We collected 41 quotes from review sites and online communities, between 2 and 5 for each supplier. Each quote showed its month and where it was posted. We show good and bad quotes.

Third, many supplier pages now show how many people search Google for the supplier's name each month, in the US and the UK. The numbers come from Google Ads data, through DataForSEO. We only count a search when the Google results for it are about that supplier. Suppliers in the top 5% are marked "Popular seller", and the rest of the top 20% "Well-known seller". Popular does not mean good, and the page says so.

None of these changes any score or position.

Update: on 20 October 2026 we redesigned supplier pages. The facts now start the "Is it legit?" section of the page. Quotes from review sites no longer name the site or link to it. The search numbers now sit behind the "Popular seller" or "Well-known seller" label at the top of the page.
