The PSV Trust Score goes live, capped at 60 until lab testing
Supplier profiles show a score out of 100. The lab-testing part stays locked until we test a supplier, so no supplier can score above 60.

On 13 July 2026 supplier profiles started to show a PSV Trust Score. On 14 July we published how it is worked out on our methodology page.
The score is out of 100 and has four parts. At launch they were independent lab testing 40 points, external reviews 25, community signals 20 and transparency 15.
The lab-testing part stays locked until we test a supplier's products ourselves. Until then a supplier can score at most 60. The first live scores covered 33 suppliers.
On 14 July results pages also changed their default order to a trust-first ranking: 70% trust and 30% value. Sorting by the cheapest price per milligram is still available.
The weights have changed since. In September they moved to lab testing 40, reviews 20, community 15 and transparency 25. The cap of 60 still applies. The methodology page always shows the current method.
