Peptide Price Index, October 2026: the first monthly edition

Our live Price Index changes every day. Once a month we now freeze it as a dated report, so the numbers can be cited.

On 8 October 2026 we published the first monthly edition of the Peptide Price Index as a dated report. The live index changes every day. The report freezes it, so the numbers can be cited.

It covers four regions: the UK, the US, the EU and Australia. For each peptide it gives the median, lowest and highest listed price per milligram, and the number of suppliers. The data comes from 320 suppliers and 5,508 in-stock single-vial listings, last checked between 5 and 8 October 2026.

In the UK, the median listed price for retatrutide was £5.00 per mg across 23 suppliers. In the US it was $8.31 per mg across 10 suppliers.

Each region uses its own currency. We never convert currencies, so compare peptides within a region, not across regions.

The report uses the same rules as the live index. It counts listed prices only: we did not buy or test any product, and the report does not name or rank suppliers. It comes with a CSV of every price, the method and the limits.

We will publish a new edition each month. From the next one, the report will show how each median moved since the month before.
