On 8 October 2026 we published a report on public legal actions against sellers of peptides, SARMs and copies of GLP-1 weight-loss drugs. It covers 2020 to 29 September 2026.

We found 463 actions. Most come from three sources: 165 FDA warning letters, 134 lawsuits by Novo Nordisk, and 94 defendants named by Eli Lilly in court or in a trade case. The rest come from regulators in the UK, Canada and Australia, private parties, US states and 9 criminal cases.

Shops that sell peptides labelled "research use only" are named in 48 of the 463 actions. Most actions name clinics, telehealth firms and pharmacies that sell copies of weight-loss drugs to patients. FDA letters to research-use-only shops point to signs that the products are meant for people, such as weight-loss claims or dosing text. The label did not stop a letter.

The report also lists the 10 suppliers on our site that match a business named in one of these actions, by the web address in the court record or letter. A warning letter or a lawsuit is an allegation, not a court finding. The report does not change any supplier's score or position.

Every action is in a CSV file with a link to its source.
