Notices on suppliers named in Eli Lilly lawsuits
A supplier named as a defendant in a lawsuit now carries a notice on its page, with the court record. Six businesses are named as defendants in Eli Lilly lawsuits we track.

On 30 September 2026 we started to show a notice on the page of any supplier on our site that is named as a defendant in a lawsuit. The notice gives the plaintiff, the court, the case number and the filing date, and links to the court docket. A lawsuit is an allegation. It is not a court finding.
One supplier on our site is named as a defendant: Legendary Peptides, LLC. Eli Lilly and Company filed Eli Lilly and Company v. Legendary Peptides, LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on 12 August 2026, case number 1:26-cv-00347. Its page keeps its prices. It has no link to its website, no ranking position, and it is left out of the Peptide Price Index.
Eli Lilly and Company also filed suits on 12 August 2026 that name five businesses which are not on our site: Astra LLC (Western District of Texas, 5:26-cv-05147), Lone Star Peptide Co. LLC (Southern District of Texas, 4:26-cv-06562), Texas Peptides Inc. (Western District of Texas, 5:26-cv-05146), Aesthetic Envy Cosmetic Centers LLC (Eastern District of California, 2:26-cv-02764, first filed as 2:26-at-01347) and Striker Pharmacy, LLC (Southern District of Texas, 4:26-cv-06563). We do not add them to the site.
When we last checked the dockets, at the end of September 2026, all six cases were pending. The links below go to each docket.
