Complaints, takedown and review policies published

Two public policies set out how to complain about our content, how suppliers can reply, and how we keep reviews genuine.

On 19 June 2026 we published a complaints and takedown policy and a review policy.

The complaints policy explains how to report content that is wrong, out of date or unlawful. A complaint should give the page link, the words or data in question, what is wrong and why, and any evidence. Where a complaint holds up, we correct, update, annotate or remove the content.

Suppliers have a right of reply. A supplier can send a statement about its score, a review summary or a verification result. Evidence, such as a certificate of analysis from an independent third-party lab, is the fastest way to have a score looked at again.

The review policy explains how reviews are checked. Reviewers need an account with a confirmed email address. Made-up reviews, reviews a supplier writes about itself or a competitor, and undisclosed incentivised reviews are not allowed. Suppliers cannot pay to publish, change or remove genuine reviews.

Both policies say that our scores and verdicts are our honest opinion, formed in good faith on the method we publish. Complaints and takedown requests now go to compliance@peptidescanner.co.

Press enquiries: media@peptidescanner.co. We reply within one working day.
